TRACEBRIAR

AI COMPLIANCE CHANGE INTELLIGENCE

Your AI changed.
Did your compliance change with it?

Tracebriar watches your AI stack and tells you when a change creates a new compliance obligation—then shows what to review and preserves the evidence that you did it.

Built for B2B SaaS teams shipping AI without a dedicated AI-governance department.

THE PROBLEM

AI changes faster than compliance evidence.

Teams document an AI system once, then the provider, model, use case, or operating context changes. The hard part is knowing whether the compliance baseline changed too.

01

Inventory goes stale

Exact models and provider state change while spreadsheets and questionnaires stay frozen in time.

02

Legal scope is easy to overstate

Missing facts about role, jurisdiction, and use case can turn a confident answer into the wrong answer.

03

Evidence loses context

A test result may have been valid before the AI changed. Auditors need the before-and-after trail.

CONNECT → CLASSIFY → WATCH → PROVE

Tracebriar turns AI change into compliance work.

01

Connect

Capture the provider baseline and the exact model your system depends on.

02

Classify

Record factual system, jurisdiction, role, data, and decision-context inputs without guessing.

03

Watch

Detect provider/model state changes and translate them into affected controls and evidence.

04

Prove

Create remediation work, rerun governed tests, and preserve current plus historical evidence.

THE DELIVERABLE

A baseline your customer, security team, or auditor can actually read.

Tracebriar produces a customer-ready AI Compliance Baseline Report from the live system record—not a static questionnaire copied into a PDF.

  • AI inventory, provider, and exact model
  • Jurisdiction and classification facts
  • Applicable governance mappings
  • Candidate obligations that still need facts
  • Upcoming regulatory requirements
  • Provider monitoring status
  • Current and historical evidence
  • Open remediation and next decisions
  • Source and review-state transparency

WHY IT MATTERS

See the signal before the audit asks.

Fewer blind spots

Know which AI systems depend on a provider/model state that changed.

Less manual interpretation

Translate a change into affected controls, stale evidence, and the next action.

Better audit history

Keep superseded evidence instead of deleting it, then capture fresh evidence after revalidation.

Safer regulatory reasoning

Unknown facts remain unknown. Candidate does not silently become “not applicable.”

FAQ

What Tracebriar is—and isn’t.

Does Tracebriar provide legal advice?

No. Tracebriar provides structured compliance change intelligence and governance evidence. Binding mappings can be flagged for counsel review rather than presented as counsel-approved.

What does monitoring cover today?

The current live monitor focuses on provider model catalogs and exact configured model availability. Broader prompt, data-source, SDK/configuration, cloud-setting, and vendor-policy monitoring is a future expansion area.

Do you automatically call something “high risk” under the EU AI Act?

No. A generic product risk label is not treated as the EU AI Act legal high-risk classification. Tracebriar requires explicit classification facts.

Why keep stale evidence?

Because stale evidence is historical proof. A later governed revalidation creates fresh current evidence while preserving what existed before the change.
