Information submitted through the website

When you request an AI Compliance Baseline, Tracebriar collects the contact and company information you choose to submit, such as your name, work email, company, role, company size, AI providers, website, and message.

How we use it

We use submitted information to evaluate and respond to baseline requests, manage sales follow-up, improve the Tracebriar offering, and protect the request form from abuse.

Abuse prevention

The request service may create a one-way hash derived from network information for rate limiting. The request record does not store a raw IP address for this purpose.

AI provider credentials

The public baseline-request form does not ask for or collect AI provider API keys. Credentials connected inside an authenticated Tracebriar workspace follow the product’s separate secure credential path.

Retention and access

Lead records are restricted to authorized Tracebriar workspace administrators. We retain them as needed for business follow-up, security, and recordkeeping.

Legal and regulatory information

Tracebriar provides compliance change intelligence and governance support, not legal advice. Regulatory mappings may require qualified counsel review.
